About

Thrive Homes is looking for a Gas and Electrical Supervisor to deliver high-quality gas and electrical services to Thrive Homes buildings and other clients' properties in accordance with company plans and legislation. You will manage the THS Gas operatives and electrical team, ensuring a cost-effective and competitive repairs service on day-to-day gas, cyclical, electrical repairs, home servicing, and other building-related projects.

Other Responsibilities

• Manage team objectives, encourage good performance, and address poor performance.
• Set and review team objectives aligned with business strategies.
• Promote Continuous Professional Development.
• Foster creativity and innovation within the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies & procedures related to building maintenance and legal requirements.
• Oversee Gas and Electrical works ensuring compliance.
• Manage budgets and monitor KPIs, implementing solutions for underperformance.
• Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering key responsibilities or a solid foundation to build upon.
• Relevant education or work experience demonstrating skills.
• Ability to role model core behaviors and support a culture of trust and respect.
• Hold a formal Gas Safe or Electrical qualification.

You must hold a Full UK driving license. Specific roles may require a basic DBS check.
