Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of community facilities. Set up and take down equipment for sporting and other activities. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the site. Provide excellent customer service and assist users with bookings and enquiries. Handle cash and bookings in line with financial procedures. Support the delivery of local programmes and activities. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
What you’ll need…
Experience working with the public and delivering quality service. Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Confidence in following procedures and maintaining booking systems. Strong organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative. Commitment to health and safety and equal opportunities. Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
