RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY FOR A WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING PRODUCTION OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

TO RUN MULTI-SITE MRF / RECYCLING OPERATIONS IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

Title:

General Operations Manager – Waste & Recycling MRF Processing

Location:

REQUIRES FULL RELOCATION TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

Salary:

Negotiable Circa £60-95K DOE

Role:

Manage multi-site waste processing operations in the Channel Islands, overseeing safety, quality, and environmental compliance, managing large teams through line managers, and driving process and team improvements to meet KPIs. Develop skills in managing budgets and resources.

Experience:

Experience in waste processing or transfer operations with a similar role. Demonstrated impact on operations and potential for progression. Training in WAMITAB / COTC, IOSH, NEBOSH, IEMA is advantageous. Must have a driving license and be willing to relocate to the Channel Islands.
