Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Buyer to take ownership of indirect procurement categories, while also supporting other areas as needed. You will work closely with stakeholders across the UK&I, helping to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives and ensuring global procurement priorities are successfully translated into local execution. This role offers the opportunity to shape supplier partnerships, lead contract negotiations, manage spend, and ensure procurement activities deliver real value across a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading assigned procurement categories, analysing suppliers, markets, and costs to shape sourcing strategies.
  • Running end-to-end tendering and contract processes, from documentation to negotiation and award.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Managing supplier performance through reviews, scorecards, and service-level agreements.
  • Supporting supplier onboarding, purchase order processes, and invoice/claims resolution.
  • Driving compliance with procurement policies and systems while collaborating with global teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience managing contracts, tenders, and supplier negotiations end-to-end.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and good proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading projects.
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
