Overview

My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Genesys WFM Specialist able to consult on the thought process behind Genesys Cloud WFM objects.

Responsibilities

• Discover a customer\'s workforce operation and devise the design of the Genesys Cloud WFM objects.
• Understand enough about Genesys Cloud Routing to consult the customer and the design teams on what should be the design guardrails for contact center routing design to meet WFM configuration constraints.
• Guide the customer regarding WFM Data Migration, including any data transformation required from their existing platform.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years WFM expertise and worked extensively with Genesys Cloud WFM Objects.
