Job Title: Geo-Environmental Director - Manchester | Build Your Own Team

Location: Bristol (Hybrid/Office-Based)

Salary: £80K - £90K + Bonus + Benefits + potential equity

The Role: Geo-Environmental Director

  1. Establish and lead a brand-new Geo-Environmental team from day one
  2. Deliver a wide range of ground investigation and contaminated land assessments for major building and infrastructure developments
  3. Produce and sign off on technical reports: ground investigation, risk assessments, remedial strategies, verification, and earthworks
  4. Provide expert input into foundation design, value engineering, and material reuse strategies
  5. Collaborate closely with the existing civil and structural engineering teams
  6. Utilise your network to support business development, bringing in new clients and growing service lines
  7. Offer technical leadership and mentor junior engineers as the team grows
