Summary of the Role

As a leading tech-enabled video performance company delivering industry-leading results for our clients on YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Mobile Gaming and CTV; we are looking for a German speaking graduate with a keen interest in performance campaign strategies to join our fast-growing Ad Operations team in the UK. This is a hybrid role with the office based in Central London.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan & create campaigns on YouTube, TikTok and Meta for key clients using our TV platform & proprietary data to ensure relevance and brand suitability
  • Deliver data-driven, strategic recommendations to optimize YouTube strategies to achieve set KPIs
  • Post-campaign: Translate data into relevant, actionable and measurable insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients to ensure we are building trust and loyalty
  • Work with our global sales team in US, UK and Australia on global account strategies
  • Work with our Ad Operations & Data Analytics team to ensure consistent measurement & achievement of agreed KPIs with your clients

Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluent / Native German speaker
  • Strong analytical skills, Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • A university degree or relevant higher education qualification is beneficial
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
