The Company

A leading international packaging design agency with over 30 years experience creating eye-catching designs for global consumer products. Based in South London, the agency is known for its collaborative, multilingual team and high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Manage German-speaking client accounts and day-to-day communications
• Coordinate project workflows with design, artwork, and production teams
• Track timelines, proof artwork, and ensure brand accuracy
• Organise photoshoots, gather quotes, manage samples and invoicing
• Oversee multiple packaging projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

About You

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Dutch advantageous but not essential.
• Experience managing end-to-end administrative processes
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
• Background in a translation or design-led environment is a plus
