Overview
Coordinator role at London Business School — Giving Coordinator on a fixed term contract to join our Advancement team to maintain and nurture relationships with alumni, students, and external donors. This administrative position supports the School’s growth goals and sustainable funding through effective fundraising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with alumni and donors.
- Assist in organising fundraising activities to achieve ambitious financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior volunteers and key alumni, to advance the School’s mission.
- Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring priorities are met with proactive leadership.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases, with Raiser\'s Edge experience being desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and deadline management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle diverse priorities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.

We support Smart Working — a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week. Core hours are 10:00-15:00. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration. We also offer Protected Time for learning, wellbeing, or focused work.
