- Role 2 - Non-Interventional Studies Planning & Delivery, Project Manager - Stevenage
- Role 3 - ViiV Clinical Sciences & Operations – GSK HQ
- Role 4 – ViiV Clinical Supply Team – GSK HQ
Role details and start dates
- Role 1: Start Date September 2026. Workplace: Flexible (office & home working may be available). Overview includes end-to-end design, execution and reporting of non-interventional and related studies. Key learnings cover study delivery, budgeting, vendor management and regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP, ENCePP, GVP, GEP).
- Role 2: Start Date September 2026. Workplace: Flexible. Global Clinical Operations NIS Project Management focus; develop project plans (Planisware), manage timelines and budgets, data preparation, and overarching drug development understanding.
- Role 3: Start Date June 2026. Workplace: Onsite full-time. Involves operational oversight of HIV clinical studies (Phase 1-3b/4), preparation of study materials, cross-functional collaboration, literature review, QA and regulatory input.
- Role 4: Start Date July 2026. Workplace: Flexible. Focus on Clinical Supply for HIV therapies, supply strategy, compliance (ICH, cGMP, GDP, GCP), data management, audits readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications and eligibility
- Currently studying an Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Business Analytics or related
- Role 2 open to BSc Degree undergraduates; you must be enrolled at a UK or ROI University for the duration of placement
- Minimum 2 years completed in undergraduate degree but not yet graduated at start
- Language: Written and spoken fluency in English

Duration and compensation
- Duration: 1 year (approximately)
- Salary: £27,100 (London) or £25,400 (other locations) plus a bonus
Workplace arrangements
Flexible working via performance with choice (office and home working may be available). Some roles may require onsite presence as noted per role.
