Location: MetroWest (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Compensation: Base salary + 15% bonus + 6% 401k match + RSUs + excellent benefits

About the Role

The Principal, Global Compliance Investigations will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s reputation and mitigating organizational risk. This individual will lead sensitive, high-profile investigations into potential legal, policy, or Code of Conduct violations, conduct root cause analyses, and provide recommendations to strengthen compliance practices globally.

This is an individual contributor role at a manager-level grade, offering high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence compliance strategy at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and document investigations into compliance matters, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
  • Conduct root cause and trend analyses, driving improvements to mitigate future risk.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and business units worldwide on investigations and remediation.
  • Provide input on compliance policy and training updates based on investigative findings.
  • Contribute to reporting for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the global investigations function.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or forensic accounting/audit.
  • Advanced degree or professional credentials (JD, CPA, CFE, MS Accounting) strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive investigations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
