The Opportunity: As the Global Content & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Knowledge Management and Communication Management Strategy for Workforce Services. Your role will focus on ensuring the content within the HR Knowledge Base (myHR portal) is accurate by collaborating with content specialists globally to create new content and transform existing content. Your role will report into the Global HR Workforce Services Lead and will work closely with other HR teams across the broader HR function and, where required, directly with the business. This position is based out of Addlestone, UK.

Key Activities:

  • Develop the documents, controls, and governance necessary to ensure that HR policies, processes, and related documents are updated, stored, and published appropriately.
  • Establish and approve a communications and engagement strategy for Workforce Services and manage the ongoing implementation and execution of this, reviewing the effectiveness of engagement across the function.
  • Lead Value Team within GBS Employee Experience Pod to deliver consistency of content management within HR and GBS, within an agile framework.
  • Prepare all knowledge content for implementation of chatbot/AI technology.
  • Develop and promote the Continuous Improvement mindset through acting as a Change Agent, training, and encouraging continuous Improvement initiatives at all levels of the People Services organization.
  • Ensure knowledge updates are communicated to relevant HR stakeholders and impacted parties across Astellas when required.

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role within a global organization.
  • Proven experience of creating HR Documentation for employee and manager audience.
  • Experience of creating, editing, and publishing knowledge articles and blocks in ServiceNow.
  • Must have solid change management experience whilst implementing communication within workforce strategy.
  • Experience in improving employee engagement.
  • Must have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Experience:

  • Sound understanding of implementing AI/Technology within HR Workforce.
  • Methodological with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and Proactive in nature.
  • Candidates available to join immediately will be highly preferred.

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
