The Role:

As Global Distributor Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our international distributor network. You’ll work closely with partners across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and emerging markets to drive sales growth, provide technical and commercial support, and ensure alignment with ProTec Botanica’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute distributor management strategies to achieve global sales targets.

Identify and onboard new distributors in key growth markets.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing distributors, providing regular training, market insights, and promotional support.

Monitor performance and provide guidance to optimise market coverage and profitability.

Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Represent ProTec Botanica at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

About You:

Proven experience in distributor management, international sales, or export management (essential oil or ingredients industry preferred).

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth through distributor channels.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across diverse cultures and markets.

Self-motivated, strategic thinker, able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Additional languages would be a bonus but not essential.
