Overview

Joining as an Associate Director in our Birmingham office, you will be part of a growing Global Mobility team of experts, focusing on global mobility tax within Global Employer Services. The role combines advisory and compliance services for a wide range of clients, with opportunities to contribute to business development and team development.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with a national team of 100 experts to provide advisory and compliance services within Global Mobility to a diverse client base
• Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects with technical excellence, applying a practical and commercial approach
• Contribute to business development, proposals and networking events to support the firm’s growth and strategic objectives
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect and innovation

What we are looking for

• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Specialist in Global Mobility with the ability to handle complex tax issues
• Open and approachable, with strong listening skills and collaboration
• People management experience, with a focus on developing individuals and identifying talent
• Desire to coach, lead, develop and manage a team
