About The Role

The Global Freight Co-Ordinator is the main point of contact between internal teams, Freight Forwarders, 3PL warehouses and Contract Manufacturers to ensure shipment of goods are organised to agreed deadlines. Goods are shipped Globally. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail but can also identify and address long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

As a Global Freight Co-Ordinator you will

• Primary contact for Global Freight and Logistics
• Communicate in a pro-active, informative, and collaborative manner
• Update Customs Tracker daily
• Using Freight Forwarder Portals to identify shipments
• Manage day to day queries regarding Global shipments, Logistics
• Main contact for internal teams
• Relationship building with Contract Manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, Internal Teams, Freight Forwarders

About You

• A strong educational background
• Excel skills
• Problem solver
• Experience using an ERP system
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Inquisitive and keen to learn and develop
• Attention to detail
• Able to work to changing priorities and demands
• Able to demonstrate examples of building and improving internal and external relationships
• Previous experience in Freight and Customs desirable
