Overview

Global Head of Corporate Brand — London or Paris (Hybrid). Permanent position. Location: UNITED KINGDOM-LONDON-GB LONDON 22 BISHOPSGATE or Paris, hybrid arrangement.

Role focus: a senior, strategic leadership function focused on group-wide brand alignment, stakeholder orchestration, and integration with the broader BNP Paribas Group brand ecosystem. The role emphasizes long-term brand positioning, architecture, narrative clarity, and strategic coherence across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and uphold a differentiating, globally consistent brand positioning aligned with corporate ambition and BNP Paribas Asset Management values.
  • Develop and evolve the global brand architecture to support business and marketing needs within a defined framework.
  • Refine brand guidelines for modernity, always in line with BNP Group guidelines.
  • Monitor global brand expression for consistency with high-impact outcomes.
  • Lead the creative expression of the brand (positioning platform) to ensure singularity, clarity and resonance with target audiences; coordinate with lead creative agencies and BNP Group Communications team.
  • Prepare the positioning platform and roadmap for markets’ buy-in and appropriation.
  • Design and deliver best-in-class corporate advertising campaigns to build top-of-mind awareness, brand preference, and proximity among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead development of global brand campaigns that reinforce BNPP AM’s ambition and value proposition across markets.
  • Manage relationships with preferred agencies; collaborate with creative and media partners to meet brand ambition and impact, ensuring alignment with the marketing action plan and client touchpoints.
  • Oversee global brand tracking framework and studies for brand equity, reputation, and optimization against defined metrics.
  • Define KPIs (e.g., top-of-mind awareness, brand proximity, engagement) and establish operating models to optimize performance.
  • Operate a collaborative model across BNPP AM and BNP Central teams; empower and develop team members; align global and local marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading corporate brand strategy for a global organization, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong ability to build brand equity in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of brand architecture, positioning frameworks, and integrated brand governance.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and external agencies at a strategic level.
  • Strong English and French communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to distil complexity into clarity.
