At Medik8, we’re redefining digital excellence in skincare. As a fast-growing brand with global expansion plans, we’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Global Head of Digital to lead this phase.

This role requires transforming our digital capabilities—evolving team structure, optimizing performance, and driving innovation to accelerate digital maturity and enhance our D2C channel.

You will lead an in-house team and collaborate across departments—from C-Suite to junior teams, ecommerce, tech, finance, and legal—aligning efforts to achieve impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation & Operating Model: Lead digital transformation, establish a future-fit operating model, and enable agility across the business.
• Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable digital strategy supporting D2C growth and excellent customer experiences across markets.
• Website & Innovation: Oversee website enhancements in UX, functionality, and performance, keeping ahead of trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to align and execute the digital roadmap.
• Roadmap Delivery: Drive global digital initiatives, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery.
• Data & Performance: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor ROI and optimize efforts.
• Platform & Tech Governance: Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Team & Vendor Leadership: Lead internal teams and manage external partners and vendors.
• Budget Management: Oversee digital budgets, ensuring strategic investments aligned with business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading digital transformation in high-growth, product-focused companies
• Strong background in digital product management, UX, and ecommerce operations
• Experience managing large-scale projects, migrations, or re-architecture
• Data-driven, commercially savvy with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on, collaborative, with a test-and-learn mindset
• Familiarity with Shopify, Atlassian, and optional Bloomreach
• Knowledge of digital compliance, governance, and accessibility standards
• Ability to build and develop high-performing digital teams
