• Lead the creation and implementation of engaging social media content strategies.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant.
• Supervise and guide a team of content creators and social media specialists.
• Coordinate with external agencies to enhance content quality and reach.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in all content.

Profile

• 10 years experience in a social media leadership position, ideally in the beauty, luxury or skincare space
• Demonstrable experience implementing change and improvement in social media presence
• Ability to build strong relationships with all key teams internally and externally
• Strong knowledge and daily use of key social media
• Proven experience in developing and executing social content strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable plans.

Job Offer

• Salary of up to 85,000, depending on experience
• Benefits including staff discount, company pension, season ticket loan etc
• 12 month contract
