Global Librarian – Digital Asset Management
Join Our Team and Play a Vital Role in Managing and Enhancing Digital Assets Across Leading Brands
As a Global Librarian, you will be an essential part of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) team, supporting day-to-day asset operations that drive the quality and accuracy of digital content across multiple brands and products. Your role will include assisting with Digital Rights Management (DRM), managing user queries, enriching metadata, and ensuring assets meet the highest standards before global distribution.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will conduct thorough quality assurance on client assets and metadata, ensuring completeness and consistency across platforms. Promoting best practices within the DAM environment, you will guide users to optimize asset usage and maintain organizational standards.
Responding promptly to end-user inquiries, you’ll investigate and resolve issues or escalate them as necessary. You will take ownership of migration tasks such as downloading and uploading assets in accordance with client guidelines, while auditing files and metadata to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Your daily work will involve building trust and rapport across all levels within ICP, collaborating closely with team members to solve problems and supporting account leadership when required. Through your proactive approach, you will help maintain a well-organized and efficient digital library.
Additionally, you’ll assist with tagging and quality assurance of incoming assets, supporting reporting efforts on platform usage metrics and KPIs to inform stakeholders.

- 0-1 years’ experience or strong interest in digital media, digital asset management, library sciences, archiving, or working with large datasets.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn digital asset management systems or related technologies such as digital libraries, CMS, PIM, or CRM tools (preferred but not required).
- Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of beauty and ecommerce sectors.
- Experience working on metadata or content-related projects.
- Ability to prepare data reports using Excel.
