As part of the EMEA Global Logistics Helpdesk, you'll collaborate with teams across the US and APAC regions to:
- Provide proactive track & trace and escalation support for inbound/outbound shipments
- Support reverse logistics and returns management of clinical trial supplies

- Support Clinical Site to Patient (CstP) shipment processes
- Generate shipping documentation in compliance with GDP and GxP standards
- Handle incoming requests from clinical trial sites, clients, and internal teams via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution

- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Prior exposure to logistics, clinical trials, or life sciences is a plus—but not essential; full training will be provided
- GCSE or equivalent education level
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Work on global projects with real-world patient impact
- Be part of an innovative logistics and clinical supply chain team
- Gain experience in reverse logistics, patient-centric services, and sustainability
- Receive full training and continuous support for your development
