Position overview
We are looking for a dynamic lead to directly support the CEO in a high-impact, growth-oriented role. This position is perfect for someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and tackling diverse challenges across data, operations, sales, and finance. You’ll join a team of superstars who figure things out.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 with opportunity for a performance-based bonus

Hybrid, 2 days in our Oxford Street Office
Responsibilities
You'd own segments of the business and drive things forward commercially across multiple fronts.
Examples:
- Marketing
- Lead delivery of UK stockists & marketplace commercial strategy on Amazon, eBay + other marketplaces + 5 other global territories
- Create, launch and oversee global & region-specific marketing campaigns and retail activations in partnership with wholesaler/distributor brand team
- Define, distribute and collaborate with wholesaler/distributor content and social media teams to ensure local relevance in messaging
- Coordinate with PR agencies to boost BOLDCUBE’s visibility across parenting and toy-related spaces
- Routinely audit and improve the digital and physical merchandising of BOLDCUBE products with wholesalers/distributors
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key accounts and retail partners, delivering a collaborative approach to joint business planning and execution
- Own the UK sales P&L, setting and monitoring quarterly wholesale & retail sales targets
- Manage existing wholesale and distributor relationships; negotiate terms and performance targets that align with brand expansion plans in the region
- Collaborating with distributors wholesale teams to sign on strategic accounts for brand expansion in the region and increasing order volumes
- Forecast sales, oversee demand planning, and align with operations for stock availability
- Routine sell-through tracking of wholesalers/distributor partners by SKU and channel, using data to drive decisions and accountability
- Operations
- Audit current workflows across sales, finance, marketing, logistics, and customer service
- Map out and document existing SOPs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
- Standardise recurring workflows to reduce founder reliance and improve team autonomy
Requirements
- 2-4+ years (or equivalent) proven experience in commercial roles
- Distributors management and selling into retail is a huge advantage
- 1+ year in an analytical role
- People management experience is preferred
- Account management/Customer success experience preferred
- Solution focused and curious with a proactive demeanour
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships
