Are you experienced in leading a global payroll team? SHL seeks a Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international payroll legislation, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll scenarios.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across various countries and regions
- Lead and support a global team of 7 payroll professionals, providing coaching and development
- Manage year-end processes, including tax filings, statutory reporting, and staff statements
- Implement system improvements for accuracy, automation, and efficiency
- Monitor and adapt to changes in payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Knowledge of global payroll laws, tax, and compliance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Legal teams
- Continuous improvement mindset
Desirable:
- Professional payroll certification (e.g., CIPP Diploma)
- Experience with ADP Payroll Systems
