Global Payroll Manager

We're looking for a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead a team of payroll analysts and oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries. In this role, you'll provide leadership, ensure compliance, and contribute to global payroll initiatives-including automation, risk management, and process improvement.
This role will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage payroll operations for multiple countries using ADP GlobalView
- Provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Global Payroll Analysts
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring governance and compliance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline and improve central processes (e.g. Share Plans, Commissions, Salary Reviews)
- Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation in Confluence and enforce governance models
- Contribute to global payroll initiatives including automation, internal controls, and data retention
- Manage vendor relationships, including ADP MyView portal administration, ticketing, and user access audits
- Oversee payroll-related purchase orders and invoicing
- Support business continuity planning for the payroll function
- Act as a proxy for the Global Payroll Transformation Manager and other Payroll Managers when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience
- Experience using ADP (GlobalView preferred) and/or SAP Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and automation platforms
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leadership experience
- Project or performance management experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of time & attendance systems (e.g. Kronos) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and tools
