About our Payroll Analyst role.
As our Payroll Analyst, you will help us on our journey as we transition to a Global team, working with colleagues both locally and across the globe. If you are looking to take that next step in your payroll career, working in a global capacity, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This isn’t a payroll administration role, it’s a true analyst role with the autonomy to make a difference.

Not only will you be joining an established payroll team, but you will also be part of our exciting journey of moving to a global team. Whilst you will focus on our UK and Ireland payroll, there will be the opportunity to cross-skill and learn global payrolls and ways of working. This could consist of learning payroll for new countries or being involved in Global payroll projects.
Location
3 days out of our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for our UK, IE and South Africa operations, continuously working on process improvements, and looking for automation opportunities. You will respond to colleague queries ensuring the highest level of support and ensure accurate reporting and payments to the authorities. You will work closely with the wider People function along with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Assurance, Risk and Tax.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience running and processing payroll
- UK and Ireland Payroll experience needed, with South Africa big plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- The ability to automate processes
