Global People Partner (Creative production Agency) – Permanent role, Saisei Talent on behalf of Guardian Jobs. Location: London, UK with global remit.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the owner/CEO and work closely with the CFO to define and build a brilliant people function.
• Act as the first point of contact for all people, culture, employee relations and employment law issues (UK and international, especially US & Asia).
• Be the go-to HR voice across the business, reporting to the CFO and partnering with the CEO.
• Operate as a hands-on generalist with strategic scope, building HR foundations across UK, US and Asia.
• Review and update policies, onboarding processes and contracts.
• Own the global HRIS (Dosen) and ensure it is fit for purpose
• Partner with managers to develop leadership capability and people processes.
• Design and roll out management development training.
• Support performance reviews, career conversations and succession planning.
• Lead engagement surveys and act on insights; review and evolve benefits to meet team needs.
• Provide calm, trusted employee relations guidance and help define the People strategy for global growth.
• Maintain clarity, structure and support while preserving the creative culture of the business.

What you’ll Bring / Qualifications

• HR generalist or People Partner experience, ideally in creative, media or agency settings.
• Experience working across international teams (Asia/US highly beneficial).
• A commercially grounded, emotionally intelligent approach; ability to operate both in the weeds and at the CEO level.
• Strong collaboration, curiosity, and willingness to challenge and drive initiatives.
