Role purpose

In partnership with the Head of Category, this role develops the strategic framework and growth plan for Brand Moments and Gifting. It ensures marketing plans are aligned from ideation to campaign activation, managing the entire marketing calendar and collaborating with teams to produce impactful content across channels.

The role involves co-creating concepts with the Creative team, leading marketing strategies for brand moments, and overseeing content creation and consistency online and offline.

Responsibilities include

  1. Supporting the Head of Category in strategy creation and activation planning
  2. Briefing creative teams to develop breakthrough campaign concepts aligned with strategic objectives
  3. Collaborating with Product Innovation on creative kits and limited editions
  4. Keeping abreast of consumer trends and competitive activities to inform campaigns
  5. Partnering with markets to tailor marketing plans to local needs
  6. Defining scope for 360 assets across channels and formats
  7. Organizing kick-off hackathons for campaign asset creation
  8. Overseeing development of content for online, offline, advocacy, education, and retail channels
  9. Ensuring timely delivery of shooting productions and assets
