The facts:
You'll deepen your knowledge and skills in global brand roll out. You will sharpen already excellent diplomatic abilities with very senior management and key stakeholders across the business in different territories.
You will make sure all print and digital materials are rebranded, from the website and all content to signage to stationery in every location. You've got it covered. You have the demeanour to stick with detail and get to grips with gnarly compliance, legal and risk issues.
You love solving problems and bring a positive mindset and demeanour to every bump in the road. The attention to detail you have learnt serves you brilliantly when laying down the rebrand plan from scratch and keeping control all the way to launch.
You'll have:
- Deep agency or business side rebrand rollout experience
- Experience chairing steering meetings and senior level presentations
- Formidable project management skills
- Senior stakeholder gravitas
- The ability to understand, influence and guide at all levels
You'll be:
- Seconding for a Head of, so you know how to cradle confidence
- A deep listener with a high level of social intelligence
- Someone that inspires trust and confidence. Everyone knows you’ve got it covered.
- Horribly organised. You create and support great project scaffolding.
- A collaborative, congenial problem solver
- Someone who brings people with them.
This role is one day a week in a London office, but there will be different time zones to accommodate (reasonable ones). It would be smart to want to build trust with senior people face to face quickly. It’s an immediate start (reasonable holidays allowed for).
