Role: Global SAP S/4HANA Change Management Specialist

Duration: Contract - 12+ Months | Location: London / Hybrid | Rate: £1000–£1200/day (Outside IR35)

We’re working with a leading London-based organisation that’s undergoing a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation. They’re looking for a seasoned Change Management Specialist to take the lead on the people side of change—ensuring smooth adoption across regions, functions, and cultures. This is a senior-level role with real influence. You’ll be shaping strategy, engaging stakeholders, and driving change across a complex global landscape.

You will develop the Change Strategy by creating and rolling out a Global Change Management approach that supports the transformation of systems, processes, and organisational structures. Stakeholder Planning & Engagement involves identifying key stakeholders across the business and building tailored engagement plans to support adoption and alignment. You will ensure consistency in delivery while adapting to local needs and cultural differences across regions whilst working closely with the SAP programme team, business leaders, and regional change agents to keep everything aligned.

Essential

  • Strong experience leading change management for large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ERP programmes (ideally S/4HANA) for large-scale organisations
  • Confident working across global teams and cultures
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Change management frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR
  • Able to operate in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple moving parts
