Global Senior Business Development Manager - FIG

We’re supporting a leading international law firm in their efforts to find a Senior Business Development Manager to lead BD globally across their Financial Industry Group (FIG).

This is a strategic, senior leadership role where you’ll partner with senior leadership to shape growth plans, drive revenue, and elevate the group’s market profile. You’ll oversee a BD team of 6 people across the UK and US, lead on major pitches and campaigns, and act as a trusted advisor on business development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global BD strategy for the Financial Industry Group (FIG).
• Partner with senior firm leadership to shape growth plans, drive revenue, and elevate the group’s market profile.
• Oversee a BD team of 6 across the UK and US; mentor and develop team members across geographies.
• Lead major pitches and campaigns and act as a trusted advisor on business development strategy.

• Strong grasp of the financial sector.
• Proven success leading teams and delivering growth.
