This position is based in Germany or the UK and can be performed remotely (home office).
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier assessments and quality audits to ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and calibration protocols
• Develop and implement improvement plans with suppliers, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support supplier qualification and approval processes, including certification requirements (e.g., AS9100) and FOD protocols
• Collaborate with procurement and risk management to address supply chain risks and resolve critical supplier quality issues
• Provide support to European and Asian sites in managing supplier-related quality concerns
  
  

• Proven experience in quality management, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or pharmaceutical industries
• Solid knowledge of AS9100 Rev D / ISO 9001:2015; familiarity with NADCAP is a plus
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, DMAIC, 8D, and FMEA
• Understanding of composite and polymer manufacturing processes and materials testing (mechanical, chemical, physical)
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel 20–40% within Europe and Asia for supplier audits
