Our new Global Talent & Culture Director will lead the design and execution of global talent management and employee experience initiatives; with the aim of fostering a positive company culture that promotes high performance, belonging, engagement, and pride.

You will be a key leader in our global Talent COE, reporting into our Global Head of Talent Management Lauren Dengate, and managing a small global team of high performing Talent & Culture Specialists. What will you be doing?

  • You will demonstrate strategic talent & culture leadership. This includes developing a data driven global strategy aligned with organisational objectives, translating strategy into an actionable & innovative operational plan, researching external best practices that can be implemented to drive innovation whilst establishing the KPIs & metrics to measure success of your initiatives.
  • You will lead talent & succession strategy to support the growth and mobility of CSO (Cinema Support Office) and field employees globally. This will be done by designing and overseeing centralised processes, frameworks, content and analytics for global talent management, performance excellence, career development programs and succession planning.
  • You will own the global approach to employee engagement, including managing the current engagement survey process, development & execution of companywide initiatives targeted on key areas; whilst equipping the business leaders and People & Culture Partners with the resources to effectively drive engagement.
  • You will drive culture & belonging across the business by championing our vision & values, ensuring integration throughout the employee experience, cultivating a culture of high performance whilst fostering collaboration, wellbeing, belonging & inclusion. This will also include developing a DEI strategy that will be woven throughout the business.
  • You will lead a high performing global T&C team, providing coaching, mentorship and development opportunities for professional growth, helping the T&C team become an established and trusted partner within the business.

About you

  • You have a proven track record of designing, executing, and measuring the impact of large-scale talent management, performance, career management and employee experience strategies in a geographically dispersed business.
  • You have deep & demonstrable experience of leading and implementing truly cultural transformative initiatives that have driven measurable results. This includes hands on experience in succession planning & talent assessments.
  • You at home being a strategic partner to senior leader, able to influence decisions, challenge the status quo with data-backed insights and using a consultative approach to drive change.
  • You can break down complex & theoretical concepts to communicate them in a clear, simple and actionable way for all organisational levels.
  • You are organised and can manage large scale, and complex projects end to end whilst meeting deadlines and objectives.
