GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY PROCUREMENT MANAGER – FORTUNE 500 ORGANISATION

LONDON (1 DAY /WEEK IN THE OFFICE)

£75,000 + BONUS + STRONG WIDER PACKAGE

Global Technology Procurement Manager, Role Description :-

• Lead on the creation and delivery of the procurement strategy for two of the organisation’s key IT subcategories – Software & IT Services – across a global remit
• Deliver value not just in the form of cost-reduction to the IT function and the wider business, with a focus on supplier rationalisation, SRM and contract management
• Build and manage relationships with senior IT stakeholders from all over the world with a primary focus on the UK, Europe and the US
• Support in the development for high-potential IT procurement specialists as they embark on their procurement journey

Global Technology Procurement Manager, Required Background:-

• Experience leading on IT Procurement Strategy creation and implementation, ideally having had exposure to the Software & IT Services subcategories – Indirect generalists with IT Procurement experience will also be considered
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exposure to a global remit is beneficial but not essential – open to speaking with individuals who would like to step into a global role
• Strong academic record is beneficial but not essential (degree + CIPS)
