We’re looking for a proactive and commercially focused Product Manager to join our growing Solutions team at Omniplex Learning. You’ll be involved ingrowing our portfolio of third-party vendor products and the value-added services we wrap around them,ensuring they’re commercially successful, operationally deliverable, and continuously improving.

You’re a proactive and organised product manager who balances customer needs with business impact. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident managing multiple priorities. You’ll bring:
- Strong product lifecycle and go-to-market experience
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors or in a VAR environment
- Commercial awareness and a delivery-focused mindset
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and digital learning ecosystems
- Strong written and presentation skills for technical and commercial audiences
- Initiative, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach
About The Role
You’ll have responsibility for a number ofvendor-led products and associated services in our portfolio, ensuring they’re clearly defined, well-positioned, and continuously optimised. You’ll be the product lead across internal and external stakeholders, supporting go-to-market execution and service development.
- Managing in-life performance of vendor products and services
- Driving go-to-market readiness across sales, marketing, delivery, and support
- Collaborating with vendors to influence roadmaps and align on strategy
- Developing and refining service wrap offerings with internal teams
- Supporting pricing reviews and commercial modelling
- Creating enablement materials and acting as a go-to product expert
