Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on governance matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review governance documentation, reports, and board papers.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of governance practices.
