Job responsibilities

- Qualifications and Requirements: - Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) - Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List - Successful completion of GP specialty training and MRCGP qualification - Eligibility to work in the UK - Current Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) - Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills - Commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development
- Experience working in a primary care or community healthcare setting Proven ability to manage complex and chronic medical conditions Strong consultation and communication skills, including dealing with challenging patients Knowledge of NHS clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, SystemOne) Commitment to safeguarding and child protection Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Interest or additional training in special clinical areas such as mental health, women's health, or geriatrics Evidence of ongoing professional development and participation in quality improvement activities Flexible approach to work, including readiness to undertake face-to-face and remote consultations Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles in healthcare delivery
