Job Title: Graduate Acoustic Consultant

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits

A specialist consultancy is looking for a Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join its expanding London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to begin their career in acoustics, environmental noise, and building acoustics, while receiving full support and training from experienced consultants.

As a Graduate Acoustic Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, from infrastructure and transport schemes to residential and commercial developments. You will assist with site surveys, noise and vibration monitoring, acoustic modelling, and technical report writing, while developing your skills within a structured training and mentoring programme.

Duties

• Supporting noise and vibration monitoring surveys across London and the South East
• Assisting with environmental impact assessments and acoustic modelling
• Preparing technical reports under supervision of senior consultants
• Working collaboratively with engineers, planners, and design teams
• Developing knowledge of key acoustic standards and regulations

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Acoustics, Acoustical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in environmental noise and building acoustics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence desirable
