Technical Program Manager (Graduate Apprentice)
Location: Dundee (4 days in-office, 1 day university)

Are you ready to launch your career in tech while earning a degree? NCR Atleos in Dundee is offering an exciting Graduate Apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Customer Success Management organisation as a Technical Program Manager.
About the Role
Role
As a Graduate Apprentice, you’ll work closely with senior Technical Program Managers and report to the Head of Process and Program Management. This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll contribute to cross-functional programs that:
Enhance customer engagement
Streamline internal processes
Support the delivery of world-class service
You’ll gain hands-on experience managing real-world projects while developing your technical and leadership skills—all while studying towards an Honours Degree one day per week.
Study Structure & Support
1 day per week at university
4 days per week working in your role at NCR Atleos
7–9 hours per week of additional study time (outside contracted hours)
Continuous assessment: Coursework, reports, journals, class tests, presentations, and group work—no end-of-year exams
Industry-aligned curriculum: Designed to meet real-world business needs and enhance work-based learning
This blended approach not only deepens your knowledge and understanding but also broadens your skills and experience—while delivering immediate value back into the business.

Education Requirements
Applicants Must Meet One Of The Following Criteria
BBBC at Higher (English and mathematics preferred) or
A Modern Apprenticeship in a relevant area (SCQF Level 6) or
A Foundation Apprenticeship in a relevant area and two Highers (English and mathematics preferred) or
Relevant work experience or equivalent qualifications (considered on a case-by-case basis)
