What you'll do

Graduate Building Surveyor performs a variety of surveying work across a broad range of instructions, with a strong focus on commercial and infrastructure projects. You’ll support experienced surveyors and, as the team grows, there will be opportunities to step up, take on greater responsibility and progress your career within the practice. Under supervision, you will perform basic surveying tasks and assist with supervision of construction works for Government or Private projects. You’ll learn to apply surveying principles using prescribed methods.

Requirements and progression: We support surveyors in achieving chartership and provide dedicated mentorship and APC preparation to help you reach MRICS at the earliest opportunity.

Requirements

  • Be working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Building Surveying
  • A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
  • Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning
  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
