What you’ll be doing (with guidance): in this dynamic role, you will be assisting and learning from our experienced team in a range of core activities.

• Assisted Project Management and Contractor Oversight: You’ll support senior surveyors in managing projects from start to finish, helping to ensure smooth delivery and learning how to work effectively with contractors.
• Condition Surveys and Defect Diagnosis: You will accompany senior surveyors on site visits to conduct condition surveys and assist in the investigation of building defects.
• Client Support: You’ll learn how to build and maintain strong professional relationships by assisting our team in providing essential support and advice to clients.
• Support with Project Budgets: You’ll help with the administration of project budgets, gaining an understanding of financial efficiency in property projects.

What Were Looking For

• A recent graduate with a degree in Building Surveying (or a relevant, RICS-accredited degree).
• A proactive approach and a genuine passion for the built environment.
