Overview

Graduate Civil Engineer - Water - 2026 (Warrington). We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Warrington office as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will contribute to significant projects within our Water division from day one, both locally and nationally. From outline to detailed design, you’ll help develop better ways to obtain, clean, and distribute water for communities (e.g., pollution management schemes).

Key Responsibilities

• Support all stages of project delivery, from concept through detailed design.
• Produce drawings, design calculations, reports, and presentations.
• Use design software and tools such as ArcGIS to carry out engineering calculations and develop designs.
• Undertake site visits as required.
• Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary project team and receive guidance from Senior and Principal Civil Engineers.
• Benefit from dedicated mentorship toward Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Work arrangement

Graduates are asked to attend the office 4 days per week to ensure appropriate support and development.
