Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the communication strategy for our products, and partner with development teams to distill their work into impactful messaging for external audiences.
• Craft compelling content—from social media posts and blog articles to in-app messages and emails—that keeps users updated and excited about our products.
• Leverage videos, visuals, and multimedia formats to increase engagement, strengthen brand identity, and keep communities informed and involved.
• Manage our presence in online communities, address questions and concerns, and strengthen the overall perception of our products and brand.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, regularly bringing fresh ideas to improve messaging and brand presence.

The selection process

Screening tests to assess problem-solving approaches, followed by a series of interviews if you are successful. A passive role may remain open for months or be reposted. We prioritize talent over experience and welcome applicants who feel they could excel in time.

Work ramp-up

To help you ramp up quickly, we recommend spending the first months in the Milan office. We support travel and accommodation. Afterward, you may work from Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries, depending on offer stage decisions.
