Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Education

Connex Education Leicester is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious graduates to join our high-performing team as Recruitment Consultants. Recruitment is a people-focused sales role – you’ll connect schools and candidates every day, driving relationships and results. No recruitment experience is needed, but if you’ve worked in sales, customer service, or business development, that’s a great foundation.

What You’ll Do (with full training)

• Build and manage relationships with schools across Leicestershire

• Grow your desk through sales calls, meetings, and networking

• Match teachers and support staff to roles (daily, short and long-term)

• Meet candidates and understand their skills and career goals

• Run weekly payroll and keep everything on track

• Take ownership of your desk and develop it like your own business

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (any subject) with drive and ambition

• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people

• Confident and proactive – comfortable picking up the phone

• Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not essential)

• A team player who wants to build a career in recruitment sales

• UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for visiting schools)
