Location: Stafford, UK (with international rotations in Italy & the Netherlands)

Join Turner Engine Control Solutions and gain hands-on experience across our global operations. From mechanical foundations in Stafford, to simulation and systems programming in Italy, to customer-facing field service work in the Netherlands—this is your chance to grow into a well-rounded engineer.

What’s in it for you:

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering degrees may be considered, depending on electrical background experience.
• 0–2 years of post-graduate experience or Placement within a university.
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Keen to work internationally and adapt to new cultures
• Interest in field service, power systems, and control solutions
