Graduate Fee Earner (Family Law)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Ongoing Training + Progression to Partnership + Hybrid (1 day) + Monday to Friday + Healthcare + Performance Bonuses

Are you LPC / SQE qualified and have experience working within family law? On offer is an exciting opportunity within a well-established solicitor's firm who pride themselves on developing their staff, offering the chance to work with a broad client base in a role that offers career progression all the way to associate level?

This firm has been steadily growing and expanding their services into new sectors, now specialising in Residential, Wills, Commercial Property and Family Law. They are now looking to expand their Family Law department with a new fee earner.

In this varied role you will work closely with the team and other departments, gaining valuable experience and professional insights. You will engage with a range of clients through meetings and initial free 20-minute consultations. This role is a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm position. Once a probation period has been passed, hybrid working becomes available with a flexible day working from home.

This role would suit a Law graduate with an LPC / SQE or equivalent, eager to kickstart their career with a long-lasting solicitor's firm, who offer a clear pathway to progression.

The Role

• Receive ongoing training from experienced solicitors
• Engage with a variety of clients across the business
• Attend client meetings and free initial consultations
• Hybrid options with 1 day at home
• Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Person

• Law graduate or similar
• Experienced in dealing with clients
