Graduate Food Technologist - healthy foods – hybrid

We are recruiting for a Graduate Food Technologist in a healthy foods focus, with a hybrid working arrangement. This role is with D R Newitt Recruitment and involves supporting technical relationships with grocery retailers and progressing within a hands-on, results-driven environment.

Overview

Associate Director - Food and FMCG search and headhunt specialist. Sales, Marketing, ECommerce, Exec & Senior roles. This role offers the potential to develop into a Technical Manager position within a growing healthy foods manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Support technical relationships with top grocery retailers.
• Work within a technical team to ensure quality and compliance for products in the UK grocery supply chain (including BRC considerations).
• Contribute to the development and delivery of healthy foods products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory adherence.
• Seek opportunities for progression and increased responsibility within the business.

Qualifications

• Food degree or experience in Food, BRC, and supplying into grocery retail in the UK.
• Team player who enjoys working in a technical environment.

Salary and Benefits

Salary negotiable: 27-35k + performance bonus. Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Leighton Buzzard / MK / Luton area.
