What you’ll do

As a Graduate Hydrologist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects for clients such as the Environment Agency, SEPA, water companies and major infrastructure providers. Your workload will be varied and may include:

  • Assisting in identifying environmental flow targets for water companies
  • Designing river restoration schemes
  • Using modelling software to map flood risk and assess protections for homes
  • Contributing to a diverse portfolio of water catchment management projects
  • Working with teams across the UK and Europe on integrated catchment management solutions

The start date for this role is September 2026. You will receive support to grow in areas that interest you and have opportunities to work on meaningful projects with experienced teams.

What you’ll need

  • Be working towards a Masters level qualification in Hydrology
  • A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
  • Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
