Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, refreshments, and room resets.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure the office environment is organised and efficient.
Business Administration
- Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and liaise with contractors and external service providers.
- Handle general administrative duties that support daily operations.
Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and delivering internal events, from networking dinners to seasonal celebrations, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Finance & Procurement Support
- Monitor office expenses, process purchase orders and invoices, and manage petty cash with precision.
