About The Job You’re Considering
Joining the ERP cloud team, you will be at the centre of making sure our clients make the most of their cloud platforms. A strong graduate community at Capgemini means you will be surrounded by a wide range of peers all committed to delivering solutions to the highest standard.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role
You will work on multi cloud platform projects transforming how our global clients (both private and public sectors including defence, utilities and government to name a few) utilise their technology, exposing you to all parts of the project lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to perform various technical roles including but not limited to Cloud Native Developer, Integration Developer and Infrastructure Engineer, so you can decide where your future lies.
We will support you to develop your skill set and accelerate your career. Through working on projects with industry leading technical experts you will develop your interpersonal and technical skills. The on‑the‑job training will be complimented by off‑the‑job training and the ability to gain industry recognised certifications from Oracle, AWS, Azure and others, for example the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications.
Joining the Capgemini ERP Practice will give you the opportunity to work on a multitude of projects and in a variety of roles. As part of the role, where possible, we believe in the benefits of providing role rotation, across business, technical and project management roles. Enabling our graduates to better gain an understanding of a project lifecycle and the importance of different stakeholders, before opting for a path of specialisation.
