The Role
As a Graduate Professional Services Consultant, you will work towards becoming an expert in the software platform. You will learn how to successfully implement the software for customers within given timeframes and manage their expectations and budget throughout the implementation phases. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct demonstrations and consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person).
- Document and validate customer business requirements and map them to Concerto functionality.
- Advise customers on best-practice implementation approaches.
- Plan, manage, and communicate project progress, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum.
- Configure the Concerto application to meet customer requirements and oversee initial data management.
- Maintain project financial forecasting and budgets.
- Assist the Project Manager with creating and reviewing project documentation, logging risks and issues, and managing project budgets.
- Create detailed and accurate specification documentation for clients when system customization is needed.
What we're looking for
- A minimum 2:1 degree in Business, Computer Science, Maths, or Facilities Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and with data collation and manipulation tools like Excel.
- Familiarity with the concept of Software as a Service (SaaS) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
- The ability to multitask and engage with multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- Core qualities and attributes include being a self-starter, highly organised, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
If you're an ambitious graduate ready to make a significant impact and grow your career in a dynamic, technology-led company, we want to hear from you!
