The Role: What you’ll be doing

Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions. Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand. Implement a well‑rounded approach to business development through candidate and company‑led methodologies.

Requirements: What we are looking for

1+ years’ experience in sales or recruitment. Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career. Self‑driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders. Desire to progress quickly in a high‑performance environment.
